NACAC Exhibition Booth 2023
I was the creative lead for the Scoir exhibition booth for the 2023 National Association for College Admission Counseling Conference.

For this year’s booth, the team wanted to create a football tailgate environment.
Incorporate gradients
Promote Scoir’s new counselor experience in product
Keep design on bottom portion of walls/divider minimal for obstructions
Create cohesive theme throughout all deliverables
Walls
Right around the time of this event, Scoir launched its new and improved counselor experience - including a new look, product features, and improvements. We wanted to take advantage and advertise this release at NACAC.
Therefore, I designed one wall to highlight to the ‘New Counselor Experience’, while the other wall represented the primary Scoir brand.
Photo Booth Wall
To encourage engagement, I designed a photo booth wall. We set up a basket full of tailgate-themed props that consumers could use to pose with. The wall was also used to record video testimonials. After the event, I edited them together into one cohesive testimonial video that is featured on the homepage of Scoir’s website.

To go along with the football tailgate theme, I was inspired by the monitors in the stadium itself that advertised other events going on at the stadium, 50/50 raffles, and merch. I designed 3 slides to promote what was going on at the booth during the conference, and 16 slides to advertise what was new and coming soon at Scoir across all 3 audiences.
I illustrated, designed, and animated the entire video. This was shown on all monitors at our booth.
Floor Decals
Half of the booth flooring was turf and the other half was dark grey vinyl flooring to resemble parking lot pavement. To add some excitement to the ‘parking lot’ portion of the booth, I created floor decals.
